Adding your properties is easy!
As you can see in the screen shots above, you simply fill out a form and press a button (not shown) and your rental property is instantly on your Web Site.
Editing your properties is easy too!
The first screen shot above shows a list of properties after a search. Notice the checkboxes next to each property. By checking the box and then clicking the button on the bottom left, your listing immediately goes from "Available" to "Rented" and vice versa. If you want to change anything else, simply click the appropriate link in the "ID" column and you will be taken to the "Edit a Property" page, where you can change any previously entered detail. It's that simple!
Adding photos to your properties is easy as well!
Photos can be uploaded with ease directly from the "Edit a Property" page. Up to 10 photos can be included for a single property on your new Web Site. Each photo can contain an optional caption, describing exactly what it is a photo of. The more photos you have, the more likely that people relocating from another state will rent from you, without ever having looked at your property!
